The Haze draws its style and design from the other reels in the Guideline range, offering excellent performance and function at a competitive price. The Haze shows attitude and class in every detail as it is manufactured from T6061 bar stock aluminum, the standard material for quality fly reels. A black, hard anodized, high gloss finish will ensure a good match with your flyrod and a look that will never be out of fashion.  Manufactured in a state of the art, ultra modern machine park, details and workmanship are maintained at a high level.

The smooth drag system is developed around a stacked disc design, with alternating Teflon/Stainless discs in the two smaller sizes, with a total of eight Carbon/Stainless discs in the three larger models. The sealed, waterproof cylinder protects the drag from dirt and grit and will give an even and dependable drag action over the full setting. Resistance is easily adjusted with the large knob on the frame side of the reel. A discrete click sound is heard both during retrieve and in outgoing direction. Haze flyreels have a modern, large arbor design, with a medium wide spool that will hold plenty of backing and your favorite flyline throughout the five different sizes. All sizes come with a full frame for added strength against torsion as well as protection against thin shooting lines finding their way in between spool and frame. The reels can be set up as right hand or left hand retrieve. The direction of retrieve can be very easily changed by the angler, following a few simple steps in the instruction manual.
