Price & Postage

Prices shown on our web site include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under EU VAT law Delivery charges are added to all orders before checking out. In some instances we may decline to deliver parcels to PO addresses. We will contact you if we consider the PO address to be a problem. Please see our Delivery Information page for more information.

Confirming the Order

In placing this order you confirm that you are aware of any age restrictions on these products and assert that you are old enough to purchase them. Please note that all orders are made subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply.

The Contract Between Us

After you have confirmed your order we will send you a confirmation email.

Once the payment for your order has been confirmed your order will be packaged and posted to you either by registered post or next day special delivery if you have selected that option.

Contracts formed between Clonanav and users as a result of using this website shall be governed in all respects by Irish law and all such users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

No contract will subsist between you and Clonanav for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged and you have received and signed for your goods. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer and to have been effectively communicated to you.

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused.

Restrictions

Before placing an order you must be aged 18 years or over. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, if we believe the recipient to be under 18 years of age.

Payment Details

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard.

All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.

Your Cancellation Rights

It is advisable that you cancel any unwanted orders by contacting our customer services team directly via e-mail before they are invoiced and dispatched.

You have no right to cancel your order in accordance with this condition if the products you have ordered are: Video or DVD recordings or personal items if the holographic seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed by you. Or Periodical(s) or magazine(s).

You may cancel your order before delivery or within seven days after the date of delivery by contacting our customer service team by contact us, quoting your order number. We will refund you the cost of your unwanted products minus any postage and packaging costs.

If you cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging. All returns are sent to us at your risk and cost. Provided you return the unwanted products unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of your order, we will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted product minus our delivery charges within thirty days of the date of cancellation.

Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-standard Products

If the products you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you we will replace them. You must notify us via email within 14 days of delivery.

Price Increases

We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notification at any time.

Pricing Errors

Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded. We will also not be liable to you where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control.

Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Irish law and the Irish courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

Clonanav

Seller Liability

The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of any claim of short delivery of the goods within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller’s liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.
